Community-Based Vaccination Clinics

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a vaccine clinic for your community. We appreciate your commitment to keeping the community healthy with up-to-date vaccinations.

Unfortunately, due to our current capacity, we are unable to host community vaccine clinics at this time. However, you may request a vaccine clinic through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s (CDPHE) Vaccine Equity Clinic Request Form.

Thank you again for your interest and for your efforts to promote the health and well-being of your community.

Denver's In-School Immunization Program (ISIP)

The Public Health Institute at Denver Health, in partnership with Denver Public Schools (DPS), provides vaccination clinics through Denver's In-School Immunization Program (ISIP). Please contact your child’s school nurse if you are interested in signing up for the program, or contact Denver's In-School Immunization Program at (303) 602-3462 with questions or interest.

DPS nurses or staff may use this form to request a vaccine clinic at your school.

The Immunization and Travel Clinic at Denver Health and Denver Public Schools (DPS) partner to host clinics in select elementary and middle schools in the community. We are proud to offer this service throughout Denver to keep children healthy. These clinics provide all required and recommended immunizations to children in the school setting throughout the year.

This program is intended to provide all age-appropriate vaccines to students. Hosting clinics during school hours means that parents/guardians will not have to miss work and children will not miss class for medical appointments. Please note that a consent form needs to be completed by a parent or guardian for a student to participate in this program. Contact your school nurse to obtain a copy of the consent form. When applicable, the student's insurance provider will be billed for all vaccinations and the cost of administering the vaccines. Families are never billed for vaccine services. All students, regardless of insurance or immigration status, are eligible to participate. Children without health insurance can receive immunizations through the Vaccines for Children program at no cost to the family.
