Denver Public Health's Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Program is working with Denver community members to address three of the nation's top youth substance abuse prevention priorities:

The 2017 Denver Youth Health Assessment shares the voices of more than 400 youth and 21 youth-serving organizations in Denver.

  1. Underage drinking among persons aged 12 to 20.
  2. Underage marijuana use among persons aged 12 to 20.
  3. Prescription drug misuse and abuse among persons aged 12 to 25.
