Green Card and U.S. Citizenship Vaccinations
Get vaccinated before your immigration medical exam! If you are applying for a green card or U.S. citizenship, you must provide documentation to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that you have received the following vaccinations:
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap)
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
- Hepatitis B
- Polio
- Influenza (during flu season)
We stock all of these required vaccines. Low- and no-cost flu vaccine is also available (seasonally). Please note that no-cost flu vaccines may not always be available.
No Insurance Required
We offer vaccines to people with or without medical insurance. However, we have a limited supply of no- or low-cost vaccines for adults. If you do not have full vaccine coverage, payment is required at the time of your visit.
